The Human and Earth Rights Organization is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to educating the public about social and environmental issues. HERO provides opportunities for student involvement in the community and supports human rights and environmental sustainability. HERO believes that only by addressing factors that affect the entire world, rather than considering issues that only pertain to a separate group or nation, can there be a social change drastic enough to end human suffering and stop the destruction of our planet.

HERO GBM’s (Seminars) are held on Thursdays at 6:00pm in the Center for Neural Circuits and Behavior (CNCB) Large Lecture Hall on South Campus, just west of the Biomedical Library.
